MS10K Mechanical Model
Place the Manual Power-Spreader™ tips between the flange face and turn the ratchet handle. The ratcheting action is transformed into 10,000lbs of spreading force and up to 3" of gap.
HS10K Hydraulic Model
With the Hydraulic Power Spreader™, a hydraulic cylender replaces the ratchet handle. Power 1 or multiple Power-Spreaders™ easily using a standard hand pump. A pair of Power-Spreaders™ supply 20,000 lbs. of spreading force and 3" of travel; ample for gasket replacement or turning of blinds. Use a TITAN power unit for best speed and performance
HS10K hydraulic flange spreaders may be used in multiple units connected to a common hand pump. A load lowering value as shown controls the rate of travel. The optional isolation valves enable the operator to control each power-spreader independently.
